"The Patient Compliance Course is applicable to everyone from the front desk to PR", according to John Twomey, PT and owner of PRO Therapy in Arizona.
John just recently had staff from all of the divisions of his practice trained by a supervisor from Measurable Solutions who flew to his office for a jam packed weekend of course work.
"Incredible! I wish every PT knew this before they graduated. Then they would know how to BE autonomous professionals", John Twomey.
John's staff were equally thrilled with having done the course and wrote that they now felt confident in closing patients to pay for their treatments by showing the patients that the services are valuable and worth paying for.
