% of Arrivals are Sure to Improve

I work more with the front desk and billing portion of the clinic. FINALLY I have an awareness of what I need to see in a patient to effectively close him on a payment/financial problem. Not only that, but our % of arrivals are sure to improve after our receptionist receives this data. She will have tools now to confront and handle the numerous barriers patients presents at the front desk.

Realized What I Did Wrong

This has been a very valuable course because it made me realize what I have been doing wrong in talking to patients and how I can change myself. It thought me the importance of questions and leading patients to the right answers instead of me telling them.

A Phenomenal Success for Ideas and Skills

An Organized Way to Close Potential Clients.

What this course had done is help me put together an organized and I hope successful way to “close” any potential clients. Not only in business ($) perspective but also to be able to successfully show my intent to help. It has changed my perspective of thinking of me as a sales person to becoming a “helper” and “enabler”. This has placed me in a much “happier” state of mind.

Keeping a steady referral base coming to the clinic

After completing the Patient Compliance Course I believe I am better equipped to successfully treat and address all my patients’ needs. It helped me formulate appropriate questions and the manner in which I progress my patient through their experience with Physical Therapy. I believe that this will in turn help to keep a steady referral base of patients coming through the clinics doors.
